Pretty solid track.

I really like the energy that's in this track. I've listened to all of your submitted tracks, and it's clear that you continuously get better as time goes on. I will say that you're best tracks are this one and Chaos Sphere in my opinion. I'm from the northwestern suburbs of Chicago and not liking this cold one bit. Just thought I'd throw that in knowing we're from the same area. But yeah keep up the solid work. I haven't posted any tracks in ages but if you'd like to hear any of mine go right ahead.

B3rzerk responds:

Ha, im from west chicago near weaton, and i agree with the cold. This song was supposed to be a goof one, but since people are liking it, i might as well start to make a full one.
Thanks for reviewing!

Have you ever heard of sound levels!!!!

Dude you really need to adjust the sound levels on this track!!!! It sounds like shit because it's way too loud and distorted. Fix the sound levels and I'm sure other viewers will give this track a chance.

Zanzibardarr responds:

I was Thinking about doing that but decided against it... im sure why I just liked it better distorted. Thank you for the feed back though.

Has it's moments

There were parts that were really awesome. At points it sounded like something I'd hear at a club. The thing that takes away from this being a flat out solid track is your builds. You'll have something building and expect some awesome groove, but you back off. The perfect example is after the first time when you hear that voice say technology and the rolling snare comes in. Everytime you start that snare roll I'm expecting it to carry, but you back off. Work on keeping the energy when you build up like that and you'll have a solid track. Hope this is of some help. Check my music out if you'd like.

DjMontana responds:

Hey thnx for advice u Guys ! i really apreciate it! and i will watch out for the steaps and falls next time ! ;-)
I`m gonna check ur music too !

It`s real cool to hear people emjoying my Music !

one fantastic track!!!!

I really enjoyed this track man. I can't really say anything bad about your track other than I'd love for it to be longer. I usually don't write reviews but being a musicain as for myself I know that it's awesome to get feedback. We'll this is a solid track and keep up the awesome work. haha, maybe I'll make a track as good as this one someday. If you wouldn't mind check out my newest track and lemme know what you think.

not bad at all

I'd say the only bad thing I could say about this track is the tracks intro. It was so solid how you started everything out until you cut the stuttering melody and didn't drop a drum beat for like 10 seconds. So much was built up and I was waiting for it to hit so hard and then there was nothing, more nothing, even more nothing than drums. By the time the drums came it the build up lost its effect. Other than that this track kicked ass. If you can fix that one tiny little flaw this would be 5 ranking material for me. checkout my tracks if you get the chance.

reminds me of my club'n days

This was a pretty solid clip man. I wish it was longer though. If you have a longer version you should post that if it's under the max upload size. I don't know if you know who ATB is but when I heard this that's what I though of. Nice work. If you get a chance checkout some of my own stuff.

Frankiedaman responds:

Thanks =) I've heard of ATB, so I know what ya mean =)

Perhaps I should make a full song based on that clip...

solid

This is the second submition of yours i've checked out. The guitar was solid and loved the sound. I'm curious, were you playing the guitar live, created in a piano roll, or sampled? I loved the beat, I'm all about breakbeats. Keep up the great work.

Ravy responds:

Hehe, I got the guitar on sample. ;P
If I would ever be able to hit such a riff on the guitar, I'd be rocking.. :D

Thanks for your review.

not bad

I haven't been one to write reviews, but I feel that it wouldn't hurt any of us song writes to get some feedback. I'm glad to hear a song in this portal that has a drumline more than just a BASSDRUM. I don't know if this is a complete song or not, but I'd suggest putting some more instruments that give the song more color. All in all it's not a bad start. Feel free to checkout my submitions, my favorite are "Oreo Phantom" and "Prisioners Without Chains".

Ravy responds:

It isn't really finished and I'm not that satisfied with the outcome either.. That's why I'll make an extended version.. This is just a little teaser. :D

Thanks for the review! I'll check your songs out. ;)

needs a lot of work.

This is the second song I've reviewed of yours. What you need to do is make a more appealing beat. I would suggest using some snares, cymbals, and high hats. Songs need a baseline of some sort. Just a bassdrum can't support an entire song. I'd work on making better drumlines. Start off simple and when you feel that you're doing alright at that try being more technical. Also make simple basslines and thing should flow a lot better. Keep practicing man and things will come better together.

The more you write the better you'll get better.

I'd just like to get you advice to aid you in making future songs. I don't know what kind of software you're using to make songs, but I'll bet it's Fruity Loops. It's a great start for anyone to get the basics of song making. I have friends that bash it because of all the other programs that are out there. My arguement is that if you can take a cheap guitar and have someone that's awesome at guitar play on it they can make it sound really good. If you give that some person the best guitar money can buy they'll make it sound freakin awesome. What I'm saying is keep on writing and experimenting with the tools you have and you'll get better and better. Once you make what you have sound good I'd get better equipment and then the sky is the limit. All the songs I've submited except "Prisioners Without Chains" were made with Fruity Loops. Check them out if you'd like to see the difference between doing alright with a cheap program compared to a better program.

I'd like to thank anyone who reviews, downloads, or rates any of my music. Right now I'm submiting my older stuff that was made with FL. The more responses I get would get me to submit stuff made with Reason.
